My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms weren't as clean as I had hoped and needed some maintenance to the Presidential Suite. Unfortunately, room service was not very accommodating. On the bright side, the service was very good with extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff, although improvements could be made in providing top-notch service for all guests.
